an educator has a crucial role in overcoming ignorance in a country in this country, especially Indonesia. educator or more commonly known "guru" is very respected presence. what if an educator does not even competent to teach less because it does not fit with the field of education?
this happens in Indonesian nation. tidask few subjects to give teachers material that is not his field. how the role of education here? whether in accordance with what has become a common goal Indonesian nation?
